The User Experience Side of Ride Sharing
i think there's an the user experienced side. Our drivers in austen have built their own recurring customer base. They make, some of them, two to three times the money that they made with the services. No one can fire them. We've seen in austin, when you empower people to be ontpenurial, you get levels of service provided that the corporates don't do early on. And we're able to now solve a use case called a young lady getting out of the club at two a m. Doesn't want a roll of the dice to see if uber's algorithm s her with a creeper who now knows where she lives.
