i think one of the main things that we need to tackle straightway is just in the topic of adjustments. And so we need to be seeing kind of reasonable adjustment policies and ways for people to request those adjustments without being a daunting, bureoucratic process. A lot of firms just don't focus on us at all. We might not always know what adjustments we need, but generally we know who we are and we know what we need, and we'll find to talk about that.
