I have these phases now where it's like I had these kind of templates, you know phase one phase two and they're all you know whatever. So we do them unless we need to change them. And the best way I know how to do that is by continually measuring, remeasuring. It was 60 minutes of a diverse jumpy basically jumps because I'm trying to be a better jumper right in the last 20 minutes is is the strength training. They get their general strength working in 20 minutes 30 minutes and then we end with breathing.
