The Importance of Learning From Disruptive Technologies
When you're dealing with something that's disruptive and it's in a different sphere where it's not proven, you have to move away from what I would call traditional ROI to option-like thinking. 3D printing, industry 4.0 is like that. It's varied. The more we move forward, the more we progress, the more democratic it becomes. And so what we're trying to, our message to these companies is it's not about ROI, it's about learning. A lot of it is just education," he says.
