Even before the pandemic, I would read about a loneliness epidemic. Some of us shy away from deep, intimate connection or just try to keep it simple. How can we get past that and bravely step into the morass of connection and relationship? That might take lots of different forms. There is that sense of being part of a whole because that's what's true.
