Fixing the Corporate Tax
There's no magic bullets, but there is a combination of changes that are doable. In my view, it all starts with fixing the corporate tax. The proper way to tax the super wealthy is through a progressive wealth tax. Even if you increase the tax rate and capital gains, even to 100%, let's say, in the case of Warren Buffett, he would pay $20 million in taxes. This would still be essentially nothing for him. That's why for billionaires, you need a wealth tax.
