If it's not Twitter is there anything that you find a stack oh well I can fall into an internet K-hole just as well as the next person. "I spend an awful lot of time just wasting time one of supposed to be writing" It's taken me a long time to accept that that's just part of it and to not go into a shame spiral of self-loathing where you hate yourself for wasting time.
