The 4 out of 400 thesis started as a bunch of agency people going like, we're really good at winning for other brands, why don't we try to eat on both sides of that table? So it turns out it's just a fundamentally different business is the problem. The question is where does value accrue to in a business model in the value chain who extracts the most economic rent from an experience or customer exchanges money for products. We still run a fairly tight lean P and L like e-commerce is not this like massively profitable business model.
