In a lot of states, you may think that is the anniversary date of when you set it up. Find out will for your state, because some of em it's every march or december. Put on your freaking calendar to renew it every year at the proper time. You've got to know what your annual registration dates are bcause if you miss it, they could, your company could be dissolved. And then mat brought up the fward and fines, fines.
