Home Price Index - The Biggest Price Decline Since the 19 Eighties

This is actually the steepest am price decline, thits the largest sell off that we've seen. So i ges, i'm having a hard time seeing any positive outcome, or any change in the direction of home prices, for at least the rest of this year.
