CNN's John Defterios asks: Is it true that the Russia bounty matter was in the PDB but not orally briefed to the president? It can be true both that the story was presented in a briefing to Donald Trump but he was not briefed on it. That is technically possible and again, based on the limited information we have so far appears to be the most likely option right now.
