Ido: Leadership hinges on leaders ability to control themselves. Even when you've got like a great idea that's founded in research and and it's testing will the fact that that can actually become an innovative solution in the market are barriers left to go, right? And so what we see in so many organizations is that those functions are just really like siloed off from the aeution parts of the business. That sort of hand off is is a real, like breakdown point for a lot of organizations.
