I'm seeing the difference though from my older schools to my newer schools, because we have less visible and I say visible because I know that there could be things going on under the surface. Less visible trauma as far as student behavior goes that my lesson plans don't have to be quite as scripted and tight as they know. If I have to turn around and get something out, they can keep going without me. That's not as hands on. And this is all just observational data. This isn't anything I have hard numbers on, but it's just stuff that I'm noticing that my students are reacting to my instruction the same way that my other students reacted to instruction.
