When i was managing a whole team of ye various characters for year. I would like, come home and that slamming, throwing, you know, emotional outburstswould happen. Theye would be like the part of me that's like always kind and compassionate and gentle would just completely switch off. And in the moment, i would really mean it as well. So with the amount of pressure i put myself under to be organized and things like that, a similar thing would happen if i'd had a bad day or my todo list was out of control.
