Is There Space for Diverse Lawyers?
Cooley: I do try to make sure that I spend time with our diverse associates and I'm a resource for mentorship. When we opened up Chicago office, I invited all the summer associates in the city of Chicago from all firms on Black space to come to us. We had a cocktail hour. And so it's important. Then as you know, I get outreaches on LinkedIn from a plethora of students and other associates. So that's what I'm doing.
