Alexander: I try to talk about types of practices as opposed to specific ones. We need a practice that protects our inferential processing, from our tendent from the insight processing and leaping into conclusions. So active open mindedness is very much something you sort ofa take up on your own. One of the things i do to cultivate it is i keep, every day i read about a cognitive bias, and the throughout the day, i try to notice it, and then i journal at the end of the day.
