The Importance of Investing in Someone

I loved on uh Brian Andraiko's podcast that you had with him. Matthew Hussey's idol is Esther Peral and his podcast I was like yep we're gonna have a good conversation. One thing I've learned is to invest into somebody what they invest into you but it needs to be in proportion to how you see them investing back not the other way around. Getting people to work as a team instead of having one completely hijack the entire operation has been very difficult for me.
