Does the Second Amendment Make It Easier?

The movement of the court to a more, i would say, originalist and a defensible jurisprudence in a variety of areas. I think that this is sort of part of a trend that will be in other other parts, not just bill of rights, also interpretations of article one. So it could be an interesting sight in the future for cases that have nothing to do with the second amendment, but just having to do with constitutional interpretation.
