Is This a Bad Decision?

There's a lot of dread anxiety around performance is this idea of discomfort like physical and mental discomfort. You have to almost wake up and say I am going to hurt today and I am okay with that it's when you fear that pain that when it shows up during the race. Acceptance is really big with that and that's we're kind of having that connection between the discomfort and training of long runs. It's just a different type of discomfort that's some are easier to handle for different people than others.
