e o s is focused on individual accountability for people. So if you've got a heavy people base business, it makes a lot of sense. Its about holding people accountable and having the right people in the right seats. I think it's better to start sooner and pry, easier to implement sooner. You now, i don't think it necessarily has to do with size. Obviously, if you're like a one man show and you're trying to do these level ten meetings with lists of issues with yourself, like, it doesn't quite make sense. so you need a couple of people that are leadership positions to es to make sense.
