The Immediate Association Test
The implicit association test, which you're familiar with, purports to uncover unconscious biases of all kinds. The element of truth back to the recovered memory movement is that there is there is childhood sexual molestation. That's a real thing. But then later when we deconstructed those therapy sessions in which the therapist would mostly adult women would go in for something, anxiety, depression, weight problems, sleeping problems, whatever it is. And these therapists who were kind of bought into the whole Freudian thing that, you know, you suppress these issues and there's something underneath.
