The Importance of Personal Fit in High School Roles

We thought at the time that if you apply to get a job, almost always that a job would have been filled by someone else who was similarly as good. And I think we were wrong about that. Very often at least in kind of the high skilled roles that we're encouraging people to go into,. And so I think that the candidate is significantly better than the second best candidate. If that candidate would disappear, there's a decent chance that just would hire no one at all. Which was somewhat surprising to us.
