It's a little weird that you would call it a state of matter, because it basically n last, right? It's not likely a state. We think it lasts for long enough to do some sort of cork lorn plasm kind of stuff. And that time is short, but not zero,. For a brief nan a second, it follows the rules of a quasma exactly. Like these things act like sort of super fluids.
