Is There a Category?

I think maybe it would help if you gave us some example of either what a category is or how you could use a higher level of thinking to shed light on something by ignoring certain details. Some example of something in the categorical way of thinking. Could we start with a category or is that too technical to start with? No, I think we can start with that because the audience may be interested to hear. So a category consists of a bunch of objects and some chosen relationships between them,. It's buying some mild axioms, but the idea is that if we study objects via their relationships rather than via their intrinsic characteristics, then we get to understand a lot more that's relevant.
