OCD - Is There a Genetic Contribution to OCD?

There was some work on pointer dogs that have a fear of humans, human phobia we can call it from the moment of birth depending on whether or not they have a particular gene. So all of these conditions may have a significant genetic contribution just as if you're outgoing and happy that's probably largely genetic as well. I don't see medication as being necessary in the vast majority of cases. And I don't think that anxiety, medication like no Xanax and things like this are absolutely should not be used, that's my opinion. But I'll talk about some really fabulous techniques for treating OCD because they're incredibly interesting actually and kind of fun.
