Cohen's Emulation of Human Cortex
When I talk about a Cohen emulating a human, I don't mean a person. It's like an optimizer with no goal function. And then you plug in the user as a source of agency, the human becomes the emotional motivational center. The Cohen is just thinking blob. There are reasonable people who are not sure this is possible. Others do think it's possible. If we could build whole brain emulation, that'd be awesome but I just don't think it's too hard.
