Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook Parents Lay Off 11,000 People

Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook parents, Meta, is laying off 11,000 people. The number took everyone by surprise and probably sent a pretty bad signal to the wider tech world. I think it also suggested that the metaverse that Meta are building and pumping loads of money into is not really going as smoothly as expected.
