Having an empty inbox is like the best thing in the world. I think my waiting for a folder because of a project that I'm working on right now has got like 70 items in it. You know, like five or 600 people are involved in what's going on with that particular project. And they weren't kind enough to break it up in individual emails. So I just take a copy in front of piece down to myself an email with that thing. That works really well for handling the tests that arise in or the next actions that arise in the email box.
