The Vulture Wings on the Helmet

Asam sonia says, he needs somebody to take care of him. Roberte howard sets himself up for this, like, you know, everybody's pantherish. That guy's got a hawk nose. This guys has condor wings. I'm really curious as what what howard's meaning of it is.
