In our current culture, most people equate a mental illness diagnosis as a noun that is unmovable like type one diabetes. The symptom constellation of ADHD is a real experience that humans go through. If we understood acute trauma and complex trauma, the DSM would be done. Most of our mental health disorders are a misunderstanding of how human organism copes with trauma.
