How to Make an Impression on a Real Estate Agent
Make an impression on the real estate agent during the open home. If possible, and it's not always possible, have a look at the property as a private inspection. You've just got to impress so much, but you don't want to go too hard. And like searching for a property, I teach the 1101 rule, like do the same with real estate for rentals.
