The Extinct Dinosaurs
When dinosaurs took crocodiles' place as a top predator on the planet, they could afford to evolve bigger and heavier. The footprints of dinosaurs change in a way that indicate that their body mass doubled. This didn't happen overnight. Scientists think that the extinction event could have killed up almost all of the herb of wars that were not dinosaurs. They're probably eating fish until different animals had enough time to evolve for them to start eating again.
