The Role of the Government in Discrimination
Current legal rules are probably sufficient for discrimination and medical advice. But we could treat chatbots as publishers in the sense that they could be held liable. I also worry greatly about what this does to our socio-psychological health. We all gave away big chunks of our personal information, which is the stuff that enables these algorithms.
