Congressional leaders have set an end of september deadline for the house to pass their massive budget bill alongside this separate, by partisan interstructure bill. If these bills don't pass according to plan, if that three point five trillion a package stalls in the senate, liberals are warning they will sink the one point two trillion dollar as well.
