I tell a resiliency story all the time about one of the guys that we work with, a close friend of ours. He chose to work in a town he grew up in and it was a cardiac arrest, bad situation call. And afterwards we talked and said, man, this is this is kind of part of it. You know, you're working in a town you work in and he chose the resiliency route and has never had a problem again since that. But I think that's some of those things we need to bring to the forefront as we're recruiting people that this is a reality of our job.
