I couldn't get through the first 10 minutes There are the they're literally imagine like 80s in a commercial Yeah, it's like walking you through your problem or whatever But I got like 45 minutes through and I realized that what he said was correct And then all of a sudden the pain just started dissipating not for good but the pain started dissipating. So if you have if you know, I know a lot of wants a neck pain I have given this to I think seven or eight people that had severe pain in their lives Chronic pain and they solved it with this video.
