Canadian Cannabis Stocks Are Up 16%, 17%, and Canopy Growth Is Down 25%
Joe Biden essentially pardoned thousands of Americans for simple possession of cannabis on the federal level. Once there's federal legalization, obviously it will open a lot of avenues for maybe some Canadian cannabis companies to see. But until the federal government in the US legalizes it, it puts a lot of barriers in companies because they can't really get financing from banks and things like that.
