The Ivory Coast Stops Future Sales of Cocoa Beans
The Ivory Coast and its neighbor Ghana produce most of the world supply of cocoa beans. The country's coffee and cocoa council announced yesterday that they would halt future contracts to deliver use of cocoa because rain has basically not stopped over the past month more or less. Zambia is critically important to the world's copper supply, Meanwhile Zimbabwe have been struggling with a lack of electricity due to mismanagement and drought. A group of Zimbabwean companies are installing 1.8 million solar panels all floating on Lake Kariba.
