The focus of this chat will be stress. But our stress has colloquial connotations as well as sort of educational and physiological connotations. What do we mean by stress? Yeah, good question. The challenge is that everyone perceives different things as stressful. And so we have a real challenge as teachers to understand what stress may mean for different people.
