The Different Deployment of the Iraqi Counterterrorism Force

ICTF and ERU were the highest paid trained experienced units that eventually took ISIS. They had to be the best trained and most reliable Iraqi soldiers by a landslide. These same guys, I lost probably half my fighting force over the years against the fight against ISIS in 2014. It's radically different deployment than what you did in Afghanistan. Insane, completely different.
