How Much Do You Think You're Getting From Your Restaurants?
The average price for food is $18, and the occupancy rate is 80%. This gives us roughly 1,920 people coming into, into our restaurants. Each drink costs $12, which gives us a total revenue roughly equal to 5.76 K. And we know only 10% purchase the merchandise. So I will add the three numbers that I calculated from food drink and merchandise together to get the total revenue that we received daily. That's going to give us a total of $15.4 million on a yearly basis for the revenue.
