The Importance of Protein in a Plant-Based Diet
I know in the book you talk about it's not what we eat perhaps, but what we don't eat. So I'm just really curious to hear, you know, what that whole perspective is and how that kind of drove the content of the book. Yeah, one of the main things is that people are so concerned about protein. The only way we've ever extended lifespan and reduced age-related chronic diseases and every organism from yeast to primates is especially by dietary restriction most specifically of amino acids.
