This is an important part of any deck, whether you're raising debt or equity. So I mean, have you put this into practice? Have you been on calls and presented this yet? And what's the response been like? Yeah. We sent it out to everybody who basically reached out ever to us to just get some feedback, see what the deal was. That was probably 40 different firms. From that, we ended up in 30 different conversations. They got down to like three basic term sheets. And then we actually signed one and started letting them do diligence to see what would happen.
