I came away from the argument thinking the petitioner was going to win, though it's unclear on what theory. There were also questions about whether all governing bodies were the same. So here's some of the evidence for why i think the petitioner is going to win. The fact that he characterizes the opposing position as that crazy supreme court decision not a great sign.
