I think whatever your disposition, whether you're libertarian or not, people will find something really interesting about PAIN in this book. If I saw pain today, I would shake his hand and congratulate him on a job well done. There's more to like about pain than there is to hate. Some of his radical ideas worked out well; some of them didn't. But many of them were based on the sensibilities that we share that is emphasizing individual rights over the state.
