How to Increase Average Annual Client Value
If clients are paying you every single month for that service, they now have to make the decision, is this worth it? And if they can't say, yes, they're going to start canceling. If your clients are canceling, there's a problem somewhere that usually lies with you and your ability to actually keep your clients happy. The goal is to get to the point where if the credit card fails that they're paying you on, they're reaching out to you to update it versus you reaching out to them. That's when you know you've succeeded.
