Immina: It seems like when something goes wrong, that is often the point at which people are like, oh, oh, our users are humans. What what humans do? T should we think about that? Andnoamt often i think that's when it's too late. At that point, you know, you can still do something, but you're not going to have the same kind of impact if you just design it for humans from the start.
