The Importance of Timing

Some of the collaborators that we most need to buy in have a lot of independence and control over their work. And so it is completely, they hold all the impact of this timing because there could be people who say, absolutely not. I didn't ask you though, whether the timing was out of your control. How are you going to know how to time things given the collaborators? That's where I'm stuck.
