How Do I Respond Versus React?
When you have a level of tension and you're holding stress our likelihood of having a very fast reaction is higher. And in the maim two pointeu that you have been touting, you've had a lot less reactions to things. What it kind of looks like is holding my tongue, which is different than, like, shutting up. In 12 step programms, they call that awareness, acceptance, action. That's what it means to internalize something. You're having an expansion of awareness.
