Pando is a highly technical product that involves a lot of complexities. Our sales reps, on average, have to know some pretty technical terms and lingo in order to communicate with product managers. We're often told when we talk to customers that we're among the most expensive things they spend money on. It means our sales team needs to be armed with data and facts so that those team members can go back and justify that spend.
